$ Ingredients $
β€’ For the a dough:
– 100 gm almond flour
– 100 gm sesame flour
– 3 tablespoonful honey
β€’ For the cashew cheese layer
– 200 gm raw cashew
– 100 ml almond milk
– 1 tablespoonful coconut butter
β€’ For the peanut cream layer
– 150 gm peanut butter
– 100 ml almond milk
– 3 tablespoonful honey
β€’ For the chocolate layer
– 200 gm dark raw chocolate
– 50 ml almond milk

$ Directions $

1- mix all flours (almond and sesame ) in a mixer with the honey and add the honey till we get a firm structurable dough, then but it on a parchment paper in a rectangle pan and press it with your balm or Cup base and put it in the oven for 15 min and let it cool
2 – while processing the dough prepare the cashew cheese layer by adding pre-soaked cashew with the almond milk in a blender till we get a cheese like base , add to the dough in the freezer for 30 min
3- while freezing the pan prepare the peanut cream by adding the almond milk on the stove then add the coconut oil and the peanut butter till cream base we get ,take the pan from the freezer and put the peanut cream on it and return it to the freezer for another 30 min
4- Melt the dark chocolate on a water path then add the milk and add it on the top of the cake and let freeze for at least 5 hour
Serve cool
