Since everyone loveeed my snickers slice, I thought I would create a snickers bliss ball.

They are so yummy, chewy & the perfect little indulgent. (Refined sugar free, VGN + GF) ??

1/4 cup soaked cashews (soak in boiling water for 15 minutes)
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 1/4 cup dates
3/2 cup pb
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp crushed peanuts

Chocolate ? coating:
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp rice malt syrup

1. Combine all bliss ball ingredients in a food processor.
2. Once processed, combine the mixture together in a bowl with your hands to bind it together even more.
3. Roll mixture into balls: makes 10-12, depending on the size.
4. Set balls aside in freezer for 30 minutes to set before coating them in chocolate.
5. Combine ingredients for chocolate sauce.
6. After 30 minutes: coat the bliss balls in the chocolate and top with crushed peanuts.
7. Leave in fridge to set for 1 hour before consuming ???
