SMOOTHIE BOWL (thicc) ???⁣
?breakfast for a sunny day?ingredients in highlights. Lunch: pasta leftovers, avo and chilli roasted carrot and parsnips ? dinner: Chinese but not pictured bc I was out with some friends⁣

?Day 23! tonight’s dinner was out, so I was shutting down old behaviours the whole day, like wanting to reduce meal sizes to compensate for later pffft. And I didn’t do any of that. But I did have a little stress in the afternoon because I desperately wanted a snack but I couldn’t decide what I wanted and nothing at home was the ‘right’ snack. In the end I didn’t have one and that actually upset me the most – I felt like I let my progress down. But I told my mum and had a little cry and she was very supportive and reminded me to be kind to myself and that recovery is hard❤️ I should try to reduce my planning a bit… I plan my next meal at least a few hours in advance and feel weird if that won’t work out. Also, as much as I’d stressed about the dinner, once I got there i had a really nice tome and good was secondary, I felt like I was just having a nice time with friends and that’s so important! Big love??⁣
