for when you want a weekend breakfast for just you
here’s the recipe:
1/4 cup flour (i used spelt/whole wheat)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tsp oil, nut butter, or applesauce (i used peanut butter this time)
1/4 cup almond milk.
1 tsp maple syrup (i didn’t add any this time because i got sweet almond milk)
any toppings. i used @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
1. mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl
2. cook like pancakes!
