✨ When you’re feeling pancakes but only as a snack… easy peas, make a snack sized portion 🤪 love a single serve recipe! ✨ Happy Tuesday all! 👉🏼 30g flour ( oat, spelt, any wheat or gluten free based flour – not coconut or almond)
👉🏼 15g @myproteinuk vanilla soy isolate
👉🏼 1/2 tsp flax seeds
👉🏼 100 ml almond milk, some baking powder, lemon juice and salt
👉🏼 for the cinnamon swirl: a dollop of @myproteinuk sugar free syrup mixed with cinnamon and spread on top!
👩🍳 Method: mix all the relevant ingredients together! place all of the mixture onto a pan to cook on one side and add the cinnamon swirl! Allow for the pancake to fully cook! Place on to a plate and top with toppingsss! I went with some banana, strawberry, blueberries and vegan whipped cream!
