Single serve cinnamon roll 🌀in a bowl!

This cinnamon roll baked oatmeal is like the wholesome and healthy breakfast version of the classic cinnamon rolls. It’s like enjoying the cross between a cozy bowl of oatmeal and a cinnamon roll for breakfast!

And, there’s no better moment than enjoying a comforting breakfast filled with warm spices than on a rainy 🌧 day like today.

Cinnamon roll baked oats:
•Half a banana
•1 tbsp coconut oil
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•1/2 cup oat flour
•1/4 tsp salt
•1 tsp flaxseed meal
•1 tbsp brown/ or coconut sugar
•1 teaspoon cinnamon
•pinch of nutmeg

•1 tablespoon greek yogurt (substitute with vegan yogurt for vegan option)
•1 tsp maple syrup

1.) Mash the half banana in a bowl and add coconut oil and maple syrup.
2.) In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients (oat flour, salt, flaxseed meal, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg). Mix well.
3.) Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix thoroughly.
4.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
5.) Meanwhile grease a oven proof bowl or ramekin with coconut oil. Add the oatmeal mixture to the bowl.
6.) Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
7.) Meanwhile, prepare the icing by mixing together the greek yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl.
8.) Once your cinnamon roll baked oats are ready, top with the icing. Enjoy 🙂
