Simple Small Batch Apple Crumble 🍎
All you need is 5 ingredients you likely already have at home! I included substitution options below to fit whatever dietary restrictions you may have. Happy halloween, y’all!

Ingredients for filling:
1 apple, I used a Fuji apple
1 tbsp sweetener, I used brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Ingredients for topping:
3 1/2 tbsp flour (gf flour ok)
2 tbsp vegan butter (regular butter or hardened coconut oil ok)
2 tbsp sweetener, I used brown sugar
Optional: Sprinkle of oats/chopped nuts/etc

Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Core and chop up your apple into small pieces. In a bowl, toss the apple chunks with your 1 tbsp of sweetener and dash of cinnamon. Divide the mixture into 4 individual ramekins and set to the side.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the topping together. Mix with a fork, spoon, or with your hands until mixture clumps together into crumbly balls. Sprinkle crumble evenly on top of the apple mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown and apples are tender. Serve warm and top with ice cream if you’d like!
