Simple ingredients needed to make your own wheatgrass + ginger shot 🌾⁣

Fresh wheatgrass ( I buy mine from natural grocers) and ginger or ginger juice like this one from @the_ginger_people ⁣

Wheatgrass is high in vitamins A, C and E, as well as iron, magnesium, calcium and amino acids 🌱⁣

According to Medical Medium, “Ginger is one of the world’s oldest and most popular medicinal spices. It is known to greatly aid in digestion and assimilation and is widely regarded to help prevent colds, flu, motion sickness, and vertigo.” ⁣

I like to add ginger in to many of my juices for an additional health boost.⁣
