This is my ‘I can’t be bothered to cook’ dinner and it’s still one of my favourites. I make it when I don’t fancy spending too long in the kitchen. It takes less than 5 minutes to prep, 5 minutes to cook and about 1 minute to eat 😂! .

Fry in a pan – 1/2 block firm tofu, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 crushed garlic, 1 sliced large knob of ginger, 1/2 white onion, 1 tbsp tamari soy sauce, chili flakes, 1 tsp honey, veggies and egg noodles. I throw all of these ingredients in the pan at the same time and fry until cooked through. It tastes incredible! .
