I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and join in on this wonderful themed night set up by the lovely @millievegan and @veganezer 🌱💚

I have loved seeing so many delicious versions of this British classic tonight!! This was sooo tasty but disclaimer cos i’m all about honesty I put too much cream in the mash and it was a lil too mushy but we live and we learn hehe!!

I am also celebrating with a sexy glass (or 2🤪) of prosecco as I start my new job on Monday!! Wish me luck🤪♥️

Filling Ingredients:

Mushrooms
Onions
Meatless farm mince (first time trying it was great!!)
Tinned tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic
100ml red wine
6 sun dried tomatoes with their oils👅
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp bisto
1 veg stock
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tbsp ketchup lol
1 handful of spinach
a splash of soy sauce
a dash of cinnamon
salt and pepper
