🍜 Sesame-Crusted Miso Tofu Stir-fry

SO I’ve just moved back to uni and have been mourning the loss of my mums kitchen, the extensive collection of random ingredients and decent lighting!! Let’s pretend this is an actual dining table and NOT my bedside table πŸ™‚ it’s a work in progress xx

Also, I’ve already spent Β£70 on food and not even been here a week:PP this needs to STOP!! So this stir-fry marks the start of hopefully more simple and inexpensive meals😌

This is such an easy way to jazz up tofu with only 3 ingredients!! Just slice the tofu and thinly spread miso all over, then coat in sesame seeds (the miso allows them to stick). Then pan fry in some oil on a medium/high heat until toasted (around 4min each side). I served with @noodlplus charcoal noodles, sugar snap peas, baby corn and spring onion; stir-fried in soy, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice.
