Semolina Vegetable Bites (Sooji Vegetable Bites)

Easy, Healthy, Tasty snack?

Ingredients
1/2 cup Semolina / Sooji
1/4 cup Onion Chopped
1/4 cup Peas
1/4 cup cup Beans Chopped
1/4 cup Carrot Chopped
1/4 cup Mushroom Chopped
1 + 1/2 cup Water
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies Chopped
2 tablespoon Coriander leaves Chopped

Method
Heat oil in a pan and all the veggies in it. Sauté the veggies for 3-4 mins. Then add garlic and green chillies, mix well with veggies. Now add the semolina and roast it with veggies for 3-4 minutes. Now add one and a half cup of water and mix well. Add salt, pepper and cumin powder and mix the mixture cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove. Add the coriander leaves and mix well. On a flat surface lay butter paper and take out the mixture on it. Spread the mixture evenly with around ¾ of thickness. Let it cool for 10 mins. Now cut the mixture into 2 inch squares. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and spread it evenly. Place the squares in the pan and cook on both the sides till golden. Serve hot with coriander chutney.??
