Roasted garlic hummus🧄🌱

Ingredients:
– 1 tin drained chickpeas
– 2 tablespoons tahini
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 cup warm water
– 1 large head of garlic
– 1/2 juice of lemon
– 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Cut off the very top of the garlic cloves so that the tops of the cloves are exposed slightly then coat with a little olive oil and wrap securely in tin foil. Roast the garlic in the oven for 1 hour.
3. Squeeze the garlic out of its skins into a blender along with the rest of the ingredients and then blend until smooth.
