Roasted Chickpea Bowl! Filled with crunchy “cheesy” roasted sunflower seeds, roasted sweet potato, arugula, roasted spiced chickpeas, purple cabbage, sesame seeds, and avocado. 🥑

This beautiful bowl was created by Carina from @thebirdfeednyc! Check out her crunchy “cheesy” roasted sunflower seeds recipe below:

• 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
• 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 3/4 tsp garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 – 3/4 tsp sea salt
– preheat oven to 350 F
– line a baking sheet with parchment paper
– combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to coat all the seeds
– spread onto your baking sheet in a single layer
– bake for 10-12 minutes, mixing halfway through baking time
– cool for at least 10 minutes
– store in a glass container
