Rice Noodles is an easy and flavorful dish that’s perfect for a quick meal. ————Ingredients
Sauce
1tbs rice vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sause
1 teaspoons tapioca starch 2 tablespoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & black pepper to taste. 2 garlic gloves. 1tsp granted fresh ginger 1tsp maple syrup
noodles 1 package
1 cup broccoli
2 teaspoons oil
3 cups vegetables sliced i used cabbage/ radish/ kale /carrots/ cilantro / yellow and red bell pepper / mung bean sprouts /spring onions
1/2 cup onions
——-Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Bring 3 cups water to a boil and stir noodles. Cook noodles 10 minutes and drain
Cook onions in a skillet for a minute add vegetables cook about 10 minutes.
Add sauce and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in noodles.
