Chocolate PB Overnight Oats by @plantbasedrd ♥️ Get the recipe:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (I did brown sugar)
3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt (not optional it really makes a difference)

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in peanut butter and milk and mix well to combine. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. Mix well and adjust consistency if desired with additional milk if needed.

Topped this with caramelized banana, pepitas, cacao nibs, foragerproject cashew yogurt, and date syrup.
