🍯instant hummus
🌾3-colored quinoa
🍶basil tofu
🍑BBQ chickpeas (let pretend the apricot is a chickpea okay?😂)
💜red cabbage
🥑avocado + soy sauce + sesame seeds
🌿arugula
🥕carrots
🍑BBQ chickpeas🍑
🌟ingredients🌟
– 220 g chickpeas
– 1.5 tbsp olive oil
– 1.5 tbsp BBQ sauce
🌟method🌟
1. Rinse the chickpeas and remove the little skins. (It will help them get more crispy but you can also skip this step if you’re feeling lazy😉)
2. Transfer the chickpeas into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add the olive oil and mix well.
3. Bake at 200°C for 12 mins.
4. Add the bbq sauce and coat them well. Bake again for 10 mins.
