Channa masala/ଚଣା ମସଲା

Best as simple breakfast option…it’s extremely delicious and good as well. Pancakes and Channa masala is my all time favourite combination.Do let me know what you think about it.

HERE’S THE RECIPE 👩‍🍳:
(CHANNA MASALA)
INGREDIENTS:
1. One Cup White channa (soked and boiled)
2. Grind all the ingredients to make masala(Cumin seeds (2TSP),Red chillies (1), Garlic cloves (5-6), Ginger (SMALL PIECES), Onion(1-SMALL)
3. Tomato (1-SMALL)
4. Salt
5. Turmeric powder (1/2TSP)
6. Garam masala (1TSP)
7. Fresh coriander leaves (CHOPPED)
8. Mustard seeds (1/2TSP)
9. Oil (1TSP)
METHODS:
1. Add 1tsp oil in a pan,then add the mustard seeds let it popped up.
2. Add the grind masala,fry it for 2min.
3. Then add the chopped tomatoes, along with this add salt and turmeric powder.Fry till all the tomatoes become soft.
4. Add the garam masala,fry it for a minute.
5. Add the boiled Channa,add one cup water and cooked this in high flame, till all the masala coated the channa properly.
6. Add last sprinkle the coriander leaves and give it a good mix…then turn off the flame… it’s ready to have…
(You can also add some lemon juice and chopped raw onion to increase the flavour).
