If you don’t know about the easiest homemade PB CUPS yet, i don’t know what to tell ya! Just grab your favorite creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and dark chocolate and you’re ready to go. That’s the foundation, if you want to get fancy, add your superfoods, vanilla, etc. I recommend getting yourself a mini muffin tray or small silicon cups, if you don’t already, you’ll realize how often you can utilize them! Full V/GF recipe below, have a happy Saturday

THE EASIEST PB CUPS
(makes about 8-13)

1/3 cup creamy PB (tagged my fave brands)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup @santabarbarachocolate dark chocolate chips or waffers
Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil. I always like melting my chocolate with coconut oil, especially if it’s for frozen treats because the coconut helps harden the chocolate

In a bowl, mix PB and maple until creamy. Over the stop top (preferred) or in the microwave, melt your chocolate with the coconut, if using. Grab your mini muffin tray or whatever molds you’re using. Use a tsp to spoon chocolate onto the bottom of the cups, reserving half of the chocolate. Use a tsp to spoon a dollop of PB over the chocolate. Spoon the rest of the chocolate over the PB to cover it fully. Freeze for 20+ minutes 🍫. ENJOY
