🌻Happy Friday! Who loves parfaits for breakfast? Here is an easy and healthy granola recipe posted below!!

🥥Ingredients
½ cup (120ml) tahini paste
1 cup (175g), of medjool dates
5 tbsp water (74 ml)
3 cups (270g) of old fashioned rolled oats
½ cup of cashews, chopped
½ cup pecans, chopped
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup golden raisins
¼ cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt (optional)

📄Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 F
2) Add dates, tahini and water in a food processor and blend until creamy paste forms.
3) Add paste mixture and all remaining ingredients listed above into a large bowl and mix to combine well. It will be sticky! But keep working it in, I like to use my hands 🙌🏼
4) On a parchment lined baking sheet, evenly spread granola, bake for 30 mins or until golden brown. Toss granola once or twice to ensure it evenly browns.
5) Let cool and transfer to an airtight container and store up to 2 weeks

Tips/Notes:
💫Granola mix will come out soft but will harden and become crunchy as it cools.

🥜 You can substitute the cashews and pecans with any nuts you have on hand!
