Almond butter poptarts. Found these in the archives & they just tug at my heart strings a little extra ?

Dough:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
2 tbsp @santabarbarachocolate black cacao powder
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp vanilla + pinch of sea salt
3 tbsp coconut sugar or monk fruit

Filling:
1/2 cup almond butter
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
*I would add a little more to make it more of a thick caramel consistency! Or add a tsp of melted coconut oil!

Frosting:
Just mixed together some vegan cream cheese, almond butter, & maple!

Mix together the dough. Depending on brands you use, you may need to add an extra tbsp of milk to get the dough to stick together. On a lined cookie sheet, roll the dough into a thin long rectangle. Cut into an even number of squares. On half of the squares, add a little of the filling. Then gently using a spatula, flip an empty half over the top. Use a fork to pesss the edges together.
Bake at 350F for 10ish mins! Let cool, then frost & enjoy!
