Who’s up for a pumpkin cake – oilfree & sugarfree?

For this taste bud heaven I used:

➡️ 1 cup of blended hokkaido pumpkin (I also used skin and seeds for extra fiber and flavor – only when organic!)

➡️ 1 cup of blended banana (2 bananas)

➡️ 1-2 cups fresh fruit of your choice (cut in cubes)

➡️ 8 dates (cut in small pieces)

➡️ 2 cups oat flakes

➡️ 2 tsp pumpkin spice

➡️ 1 tsp matcha powder

Mix all ingredients. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 200 °C or 390 °F. Enjoy 🤗
