Regular brownies are great and all, but have you ever tried white chocolate brownies?? The perfect midnight snack….heaven in a square. You will never believe that these are gluten free, vegan, and healthy! The benefit of plant based cooking is that even when you aren’t trying, the food is still jam packed with micronutrients and nourishment! Zinc can be found in abundance within this recipe 😋

White Chocolate Brownies
– 1 cup oat flour
– 1/2 cup coconut flour
– 3/4 cup coconut sugar
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 cup cashew butter
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 1 Tbsp vanilla
– 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
•Mix all ingredients and bake at 350F for 25-35 min
•Top with more white chocolate chips
