⚫︎ 100g Chickpea flour
⚫︎ 30g Corn flour
⚫︎ 50g Brown rice flour
⚫︎ 40g Almond flour
⚫︎ 40g Potato starch
⚫︎ 3g Tapioca powder
⚫︎ 2 tsp Baking powder
⚫︎ 1/2 tsp Baking soda
・
🥛 Wet ingredients
⚫︎ 30g Coconut oil (unrefined)*
⚫︎ 300g Plant-based milk**
⚫︎ 30g Cacao powder
⚫︎ 200g Sugar**
⚫︎ 1/2 tsp Salt**
⚫︎ 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
⚫︎ 40g oil**
⚫︎ 2 tsp rum (optional)
⚫︎ 1 tsp Vanilla extract

* … Vegan or Cacao butter is okay

➖ Almond chocolate cream frosting ➖
⚫︎ 90g Unsweetened almond butter*
⚫︎ 240g Coconut cream
⚫︎ 110g Sugar**
⚫︎ 35g Cacao powder
・
* … 100% Almond (No oil, No sugar)

– Mix all the frosting ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy
Store in the refrigerator until use.
・
➖ Peanut butter filling ➖
⚫︎ 50g Unsweetened peanut butter
⚫︎ 40g Maple syrup
・
– Mix well
・
・
〜 How to make 〜
・
(1) Preheat the oven to 350 ℉.
・
(2) 🧁 Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
・
(3) 🥛 Mix all the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.
・
(4) Combine the wet and dry ingredients and bake for 20-25 minutes.
・
(5) Remove from the mold after the cupcakes have cooled down.
・
(6) Make a round 2cm hole , pour in the peanut filling, and cover the hole again
・
(7) Frost with almond chocolate cream and serve!
