Recipe time my beauties ! Vegan, gluten free, low fodmap tasty goodness !!! BANANA CHAI MUFFINS. Two of my favourite flavours !!!!

Cooking is so fun especially when lots of us are stuck in iso ! I just played around and came up with this super fun and tasty recipe and I really hope you give it a go !

So life update time(it’s relevant I promise)I’ve recently been stuck in a bit of a huge rut, anxiety, depression and Ed wise and I know I need to get out of it SO !! Cooking is a great way to mix things up, let go of control and try new food and it means I can’t read nutrition info which is a big struggle and such a no no for me !

These muffins were soooo yummy and I think you should give them a go for sure ! Here’s the deets !!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups oat flour • 2 bananas mashed • cup of brewed @monkschai • 1/2 cup of @natvialiving or some maple syrup • pinch of salt • tsp of baking powder
METHOD
Mash wet ingredients, mix in the dry and put into the cupcake tins ! Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
