Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup Almond Flour by Nature’s Horizon
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 flaxseed meal
1/3 cup of Organic Psyllium Husk by Organic Wonders
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt by Organic Wonders
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 cups of lukewarm water
1. Preheat the oven
2. In a large mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients until combined
3. Add the liquid ingredients and combine
4. Knead the dough for 2 minutes
5. Set it aside for 10 minutes to let the fibre fully absorb the liquid
6. Shape the dough as you want your bread to look like when baked
7. Slightly rub your hands with water and massage the surface of the bread to remove any holes and to create a smooth surface
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes
9. Prick the centre of the loaf with a skewer to test, if it comes out clean it’s cooked!
10. Let the bread fully cool down for 3 hours on a racking before slicing
11. Slice and enjoy!
