This cheeze is different from the rest of our range. It’s made from cultured pili milk but it’s not aged! Instead it uses coconut oil, carrageenan, and tapioca starch – which means it melts! It’s in the style of a Pepper Jack, with a fresh, tangy flavor, and is spiced with Carolina Reaper peppers, grown here in Bali by @bali_aquaponik! Each block contains half a Reaper, which gives it a spicy kick (you have been warned ⚠️), and a delicious fruity undertone. β €
