Really warming soup for a cold days. The coconut milk and red pepper flakes make it into perfect cosy maker. Based basically on couple cans and dry ingredients and soooo easy to make. Just dunk everything into the pot and boil it for half and hour. ??????

Curry chickpea, tofu, lentils soup.
Ingredients:
2 cans of tomatoes
1 can of coconut milk
100 g of tofu
1 can of chickpeas
1/2 cup of red lentils
3 carrots
2 medium sweet onions
6 cloves of garlic
Salt
Chilli flakes
Curry powder
Sugar
Cumin
2 l of vegetable broth

Recipe:
1. Heat up olive oil in a big pot
2. Add diced carrots, onions and minced garlic, add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
3. Fry until translusent and golden brown.
4. Add tofu diced into small cubes.
5. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 can of blended tomatoes.
6. Boil for 10 minutes.
7. Add the broth and spices according to your liking
8. Add the chickpeas and lentils, boil for 15 minutes.
9. At the end turn of the heat and add the coconut milk and a bit of lemon juice.
10. Season to your liking.
11. ENJOY!!
