Rava Dosa, Pirandai Thogaiyal , Dal Vada ( Made to be dunked in Mor Kuzhambu for lunch). Adamant Creeper ( Pirandai ) from our home garden was the main ingredient for my Chutney to go with Instant Rava Dosa made today.
Couple of people who tried this Adamant Creeper had complained of itchiness while cleaning, removing fiber from the creeper. I had applied oil on my hands and processed it without any itchiness. (Of course I used a TS of oil on both my hands). Recipe can be found in my post dated May 20, 2020.

For Rava Dosa, I followed Mullai @spiceindiaonline recipe. Rava / Semolina : Rice flour: Maida & Ragi flour RATIO is 1:1:1/2. ( Her recipe suggests Maida and in notes had suggested to try reducing Maida and add Ragi flour to compensate, which I tried. )
All other ingredients as per her recipe in her You Tube. Came out lacy Crispy and tasty too.
