Ramen Noodles Stir Fry is an easy and flavorful dish that’s perfect for a quick meal. ————Ingredients
Sauce
1tbs rice vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sause
1 teaspoons tapioca starch 2 tablespoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt & black pepper to taste
Stir Fry
ramen noodles 2 packages
1 cup broccoli
2 teaspoons oil
3 cups vegetables sliced i used carrots/ green beans/ bok choy/ bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic minced and 1/2 cup onions
½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated ——-Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Bring 3 cups water to a boil and stir in ramen. Cook 3 minutes and drain
Cook onions in a skillet for a minute add vegetables cook about 3-4 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute more

Add sauce and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in noodles.
