Quinoa Pasta !!! Now the dish I’m bringing you today is indeed delicious, but it’s also a little different , is an easy delicious meal that comes together in about ten minutes from ingredients you already have in the pantry ————- 2 tbs olive oil
2 cups uncooked quinoa pasta
1 cup finely chopped onions , 1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes (optional)
Black pepper
2 tbs tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3 tbs sun dried tomatoes 2 tsp Italian herbs
Fresh thyme and oregano————
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and garlic and onions Saute until the garlic is fragrant and cooked through.
Add the rest and cook for 10 minutes
