During the busy holiday season, quick meals are a must! While this dish is not pretty, it tastes great and is loved by who have tried it and it comes together very quickly

INGREDIENTS:
For the tofu crumbles:
1 block of very firm tofu patted dry and crumbled
3 tblsp. tamari
4 tblsp. nutritional yeast
1 tblsp. garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric

For the Rest

2 tblsp. oil
2 boxes kidney beans
1 can vegan refried beans
1 cup fresh salsa
2 tblsp. Chili powder
2 tblsp. nutritional yeast
1 cup Spanish olives with pimento
1 – 2 tblsp. sriracha
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp fresh black pepper
Salt to taste

METHOD:
1. Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat
2. Toss tofu in the dry ingredients and add to the oil . After about 3 minutes flip the tofu, add the tamari and cook until the tofu is browned,
3. Add all of the other ingredients to the tofu (except the cilantro) and heat for another 5-7 minutes. Stir frequently
4. Remove from heat, top with cilantro, more fresh salsa and some vegan queso ( Fabalish) 🤩
5. Serve with some tortilla chips and avocado 🥑
