How’s everyone doing? I can’t believe it’s been 6 months since the first quarantine order. We’re almost getting to the Fall season!🍁

I’ve been trying to create the easiest and most affordable recipes since then.
Every time I start developing recipes, I keep that in mind. Some days, it’s been quite a challenge with some ingredients not available at the stores, but other times, it was a blessing in disguise. Like starting to use bulgur instead of brown rice when rice flew from the shelves! Bulgur cooks so quickly, and it’s very affordable.👀

I always do my best to create time-efficient, delicious, and nutritious meals that are also great for meal prep! You probably don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen these days.👩🏽‍🍳
