Vegan Protein Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I improvised this with the ingredients I got, so get creative, grab some almond milk, and enjoy!

Dry Ingredients:
➡️2 cups uncooked old fashion oats (NOT instant).
➡️2 scoops (50g of protein). I used Vanilla Vegan Power Pro by @1stphorm. Creamy and thiccc! I recoomend vanilla flavored protein because it is usually lightly sweetened so you do not need to add copious amounts of sugar/honey to the recipe.
➡️1/4 cup flour of your choice. This can be GF as well.
➡️1 teaspoon baking soda. I used baking powder because I still don’t know the difference & I just wanted to bake out of nowhere.
➡️1 teaspoon or more of cinnamon. I love cinnamon, so I used a lot!

Wet Ingredients
➡️1 very ripe banana to sub eggs.
4oz (123g/~120ml) of sweetness of your choice. I used @justdatesyrup & a bit of Stevia!
➡️1/2 cup nut butter… I used peanut butter, but almond butter might taste better🤷‍♀️.
➡️1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup.
➡️1 serving of ridiculous amounts of dark chocolate chips.

Mix dry in one bowl. Mix wet in a another bowl. Mix both bowls. Then make small cookie balls. Put in the oven at 350°F for 8-10 minutes depending on how chewy you like your cookies.
