Pumpkin ? puree! Make pumpkin puree at home in an easy way and use it in all of the dishes which calls for it. It’s not just healthy, it tastes ?so much better than the canned one!???

Yields: 2 cups

?Ingredients?

1 kilogram Pumpkin
½ teaspoon sea salt (or any other salt)

?Instructions?
Preheat the oven at 200°C

Deseed the pimpkin. Wash it, rinse it and dry it using paper napkin
Sprinkle the salt and rub it so that it’s evenly spread

Line your baking tray with parchment paper and place the pumpkin upside down keeping the skin on the top

Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 200°C or until the knife can be easily pricked and removed. Try checking it at different areas

Cool it down for almost an hour
Once cold, scoop the pulp out and blend it for 1-2 minutes or until smooth

You can store it in the freezer for about 3 months and in the fridge for a week.
