PRETZEL PEANUT BUTTER CUPS ?

✨For the base✨
1/2 packet digestive biscuits
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cacao butter
Handful salted pretzels
Water as needed

✨ for the topping ✨
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup vegan chocolate, melted
Extra pretzels for topping
.
1️⃣ Combine ingredients in a blender, start with a small amount of water and add more gradually as you start to blend until the mixture starts to stick together. If you can’t get cacao butter, just double the peanut butter or replace with coconut oil.
2️⃣ Press the mixture into the muffin tray. Bake at 190°C for 10-15 mins then let them cool for 10 mins. I’ve tried these without baking but they taste better when baked. Fill each muffin hole about halfway.
3️⃣ Melt the chocolate & mix with the peanut butter for the topping. Pour on top of the cookie base to fill each muffin hole and top with extra salted pretzels.
4️⃣ Set in the fridge for about 2 hours and they’re ready to enjoy! Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week ?
