Pretty sure I broke the record for saying “wow” at the dinner table after eating this ridiculously amazing Mac! And even better that it’s a Sacramento local company that makes the Chedda sauce 💚

Ingredients:
-1.5 cup @barillaus macaroni noodles
-1/4 c @califiafarms oat milk
-2 tbsp vegan butter
-1 cup @theculturedkitchen Smokey Chedda Spread
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp old bay seasoning
-Parsley, minced
-Broccoli

Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
2. When there is 3 minutes left, add broccoli to pot of water.
3. Heat a sauté pan to medium heat. Mix oat milk, vegan butter, Smokey Chedda Spread, salt and old bay.
4. Drain both macaroni and broccoli, reserve broccoli
5. Pour noodles into sauté pan.
6. Garnish with parsley
