Potatoes and Green Peas Curry ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒฟ

Ingredients๐ŸŒฟ
3 medium sized potatoes
500g green peas
2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp asafoetida
1/2 cup smashed tomatoes
1/2 ginger paste
2 green chillies
Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp mango powder
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation Method๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’•

1. Heat the oil, add asafoetida and cumin seeds. Drop the tomatoes puree and let it cook for 2 mins๐ŸŒฟ Keep stiring ๐ŸŒฟ

3. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, sliced chillies and add the chopped potatoes, a little bit of water if needed. Let it cook for until the potatoes is cooked by 90% ๐ŸŒฟ

4. Add the green peas followed by salt to taste and chilli powder to taste ๐ŸŒฟ Let it cook together for additional 5 mins ๐ŸŒฟ

You can add more water depending on your preference for the gravy consistency ๐Ÿ’•
