Potato filled Savoury Monkey Bread
Let me tell you how good it was…. Super soft and that filling made everything 100 percent better. Oh and all the spices which I rolled my balls in gave such a great flavour too!

Ingredients:
For the dough:
•2 1/2 cups flour
•1/4 cup olive oil
•3/4 cups warm water
•7g active yeast
•pinch of salt

For potato filling:
•1 large boiled potato
•1 onion
• some parsley
•1 tbsp tomato paste
•olive oil and desired spices( I’ve used salt, cumin, oregano, chili flakes)

Toppings:
•sesame seeds, nigella seeds, oregano, saffron, sumac
Anything would work

Directions:
Mix all the dough ingredients and let rise for about 1 hour in room temperature. Meanwhile make the filling by mashing potato, add sautéed onions, parsley, tomato paste and all the spices and mash well.
Divide your dough into small balls about 1-2 cm and open into circles using rolling pin or simply your hands. Stuff each circle with 1/2 tsp of potato filling and form little balls. Roll each ball in chosen spices and place in baking tray. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Let cool down and enjoy!
