Plum and Apricot tart. Simple, easy, versatile. I made these with fresh plums from @kelleyscanyonorchard and homemade apricot jam from my grandmother and her own homegrown apricots. I’ve also tried a dozen different varieties of this tart from peaches and blueberries, to apples and apple butter. Almost anything goes! This one was perhaps my favorite version.
I roll of @pilsbury crescent dough/ square sheet
1/4 c apricot jam
2-3 sliced plums
Spread your dough out on a pan/ pie/ tart dish.
Bake for 5 minutes @375
Pull out your tart and top it with jam and fruit, arranged however you’d like.
Place back in oven for another 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the bottom isn’t soggy.
Pillsbury crescent dough is accidentally vegan, and so fun to play around with. If you try this, let me know your favorite combo of jam/fruit!
