This vitamin C packed porridge oats are super delicious, fill you up and are easy to make.
I use pineapple juice made from the peels of a pineapple. I boil the peels for 10 min, then leave them to sit for an hour or two. I strain the liquid and store it in the fridge.

Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple peel juice
3/4 cup quick porridge oats
A pinch of salt
Bring the oats and pineapple peel juice to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer while stirring occasionally for 5 min. Allow the oats to sit for 1 min before serving.
