PERSIMMON CAKE BOWL🌿🥮

Anzeige | I used organic persimmons from @gebana.official ✨they’re harvested in Greece when they’re still firm & sent directly from there to your home. Persimmons continue to ripen after harvesting. However, the also taste good when they’re still hard and can be eaten with the skin. I’ve never had such yummy persimmons before😍they’re unfortunately already sold out for now, but you can always pre-order other seasonal fruit boxes on the @gebana.official website🤗

Ingredients for 1 portion (feel free to adjust according to your needs):
• 1 big persimmon (~180g)
• 25g vanilla protein powder
• 25g oats
• 3/4 tsp vanilla
• 80-100ml plant milk

1. Cut the persimmon into small pieces and preheat the oven to 180*C.
2. Mix the dry ingredients.
3. Add the plant milk. The dough shouldn’t be too firm, but also not too runny – just like porridge which is not ready yet.
4. Mix the dough & the persimmon and place everything in an oven-safe bowl.
5. Bake on 180*C (upper & lower heat) for about 25min.
