📋INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet vegan puff pastry,* thawed per package instructions
1/2 C vegan cream cheese*
1 1/2 bartlett pears, thinly sliced
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 tsp agave syrup
1/4 tsp maldon salt.

METHOD
1. Once the puff pastry has fully thawed, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Cut the puff pastry in half and place each half on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread the cream cheese evenly on each piece of puff pastry leaving about 1 1/2 cm free around the edges.
3. Layer the thinly sliced pear on top of the cream cheese keeping the pear in a shingled pattern.
4. Bake the tart at 350°F for 20 minutes. Allow the tart to cool for 5-10 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh thyme and drizzle with agave. Finish the tart with a sprinkle of maldon salt, cut and enjoy!
