Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies
– 2 tbsp dairy-free milk
– 1/2 cp vegan margarine
– 1 1/4 cps sugar
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 cp smooth peanut butter
– 1 1/2 cp all purpose flour
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– Coloured sprinkles
– Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Add sugar and the vegan margarine in a bowl and stir until creamed, then add vanilla extract and peanut butter and stir until mixed.
– In a separate bowl, add and mix all of the dry ingredients
– Combine wet and dry ingredients. together and add the dairy-free milk.
– Pour the coloured sprinkles into a separate small bowl.
– Place parchment paper over a baking sheet.
– With your hands, roll about a tablespoon amount of cookie dough into a ball. Roll ball in bowl of sprinkles and then place on parchment paper. Continue and spread dough balls out enough that when they bake, they won’t touch.
– Once dough balls are on the baking sheet, press down gently in the centre of each ball with a fork.
– Bake for 15 minutes.
– Once done baking, carefully transfer cookies onto a cooling rack.
