PEANUT BUTTER BALLS🥜

Makes 18 DF V RSF
Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 80g saltanas
• 3 tbsp @queenfinefoods maple syrup
• 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt

Method:
1. Place all ingredients (except almond milk) into a food processor and pause until you reach a crumbly consistency
2. Slowly add the water and continue to pause until the mixture combines and starts to clump together
ALTERNATIVELY: You could place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined to keep a more chunky consistency
3. Take a small amount of the mixture (approximately the size of half your palm), roll into a ball, and place into an airtight container
4. Continue for the rest of the mixture
5. Seal the container and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or the freezer for 10 minutes before serving
