Oh my lord, this flavour combo is seriously the ? If you’re into a PB & Jelly combo, these protein balls will be your new best friend! The make the perfect on-the-go bite sized snack at any time of the day… including after dinner when that sweet tooth kicks in but you still want something healthy! ??

They are SO easy to make and contain just 5 ingredients – the best part: they contain only 94 calories each! Yep, you heard it right – 5 ingredients, 94 cals! ? Doesn’t get much better than that! I have been having one of these every day this week as a later arvo energy boost before a tough gym session at @highintensityteamtraining! ?? Now for the part you’re all waiting for – the recipe – here it is for all my fellow PB Jelly fans!

5 tbsp @99th_monkey salted PB
2 tbsp @barkersofnz boysenberry jam
3 tbsp @queenfinefoods sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup @lucky.nuts almond meal
1 scoop @macr0mike PB protein powder

Into a mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix well to combine. Add the dry ingredients and mix again until a cookie dough like mixture forms. If the mixture is too dry, add more maple syrup or PB. If the mixture is too wet, add more almond meal or protein powder. Roll into small balls and store in the fridge! Enjoy ?
