PB AND J OAT “BLONDIES” inspired by my recipe queen @abv_fitlife . I only changed a few things and they’re awesome! Tbh I’d say they’re more of an oatmeal bake than a blondie but I’m here for it either way.

Ingredients (for the base):
Wet ??
2 ripe banana
3 tbsp – 1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 c + 2-3 tbsp plant milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dry ??
1 & 1/4 c oat flour
2 scoops vegan protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
*To find the jam recipe head to @abv_fitlife’s page! I used the same but w/ mixed berries and poured out some water before adding the chia seeds ?

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Line a square pan w/ parchment. Mash bananas & add in remaining wet. Combine the dry and then add to wet. Combine until smoothy smooth then spread into your pan. Top w/ home made or store bought jam or whatever your little heart desires. Bake for 30 mins!
