PASTA-MUSHROOM PAN

PASTA-MUSHROOM PAN

Serves 2

*250g mushrooms, diced
*1 onion, finely diced
*1 garlic glove, finely diced
*2 Tbsp olive oil -> to sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic in a pan
*200ml plant based cream
*1 Tbsp tomato paste
*1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
*2 tsp vegan broth
*some chives
*salt and pepper, to taste
*optional: 1 Tbsp corn starch to thicken the sauce
-> add all remaining ingredients to the pan and let simmer for 5 min.

*250g of your favorite pasta, al dente
-> add pasta to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes more.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
