✅Ingredients :
1. Paneer ( cut in to cubes )
2. Bell peppers ( red, yellow, orange, green )
3. Onions ( red or yellow)
4. Spinach
5. Oil
6. Ginger
7. Salt
8. Kashmiri red chilli powder( this type of chilli powder gives natural color to the dish)
9. karahi paneer masala

✅Directions:
1. Heat a pan on medium heat, add oil, onions and add grated ginger
2. Saute for a min
3. Add bell peppers and sauté for 5 mins ( reduce the time if u like the veggies crunchy)
4. Add paneer, gently fold
5. Add salt, chilli powder and masala
6. Add spinach
7. Sauté for another min and turn off the flame.
8. Serve hot as it or with warm bowl of rice
