Pan fry frozen tofu, Vegan’s option.
Tofu contains good protein and very good for a meal when you cannot eat a meal at regularly time.
Vegan friendly, without the bacon
1 ½ box Soft tofu
2 2 Bacon
3 1 cup Micro mixed
4 1 teaspoon White sesame
Seasoning1 2 tablespoon Cooking wine
2 2 tablespoon Mirin
3 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 Place the tofu in the refrigerator to freeze at least 1 day before
2 defrost the tofu, set in the room temperature until it is easy to slice
3 Medium heat to pan-fry bacon, then take out the bacon aside, option for vegan.
4 Turn to medium-low heat, using the bacon oils to fry the tofu about 15-20 minutes until the bottom turn to a golden brown
5 Mix seasoning 1,2, 3, 4 in a small bowl
6 Pour the mixture in the pan; once the bubbles have gone, you can turn the tofu another side until the sauce is reduced slightly, about 3 minutes. Then turn off the heat.
7 Place the tofu on a plate, pour sauce on tofu
8 Dice the bacon, then sparkling on the top of the tofu
9 Place Micro mixed on the plate
10 Sprinkle the white sesame
